Gia's Wedding Store offers the following Returns Policy:
We want you to love our products, but if you are not completely satisfied with our product, return the merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. If your event is cancelled (we hope this doesn't happen) you can return the merchandise (in original package) for a full refund of the purchase price. No returns of Personalized items unless there's a typographical error. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded. No returns of used merchandise. Backorders: Sometimes the demand of an item will exceed our supply, if we do not have the item that you've ordered in stock but have it on order, we will ship to you as soon as the product arrives.
Taxes: Sales tax will be added to all Florida Residents.
Shipping: Please allow 3-5 for shipping of your order, add two days for personalized items.
